A wonderful Journey！
Background Introduction
Two months back, One Europe leading PV module manufacturing company purchased UV chamber, steady state sun simulator and Mechanical load tester from us. After the machine arrived, client handled the moving in, installation and Pre-commissioning through our remote online support. We also visit them for onsite commissioning and SAT.
The Trip to Europe
I left Shanghai Pudong international Airpor On November 18. After 22 hours journey, I arrived at the beautiful city. Even very tied, I was filled energy again to face client’s expectation. Client warmly welcome me like old friend even just some online communication.
On - site Work
At 7:45 am on November 19, I arrived at the commissioning site as schedule. After safety and emergency training, I was permitted to enter into the Lab. I answered all the client's questions, showing them detail how to operation, like setting parameters, calibration of uniformity and uncertainty tests, calculating irradiance sensitivity. I also explained the structure and how the machine work. We check the machine as per the FAT plan to assure the machine could run smoothly with long-term.
Service Concept and Achievements
“Client-centric” is our service concept. Installation is just first step. Long-term steady running and client could control their product quality through our equipment is more important. I finished all job after one week fast-paced working. Client is happy with my service. Thanks for my friends hospitality. The only regret is not walking around to see the beautiful scenery. Hope we can offer more equipment here. I will leave more time for scenery at next visiting.
Postscript
Local friends like playing Checkers in their free time. They tough me and I learned quickly. We also talked about our company cultures. I told them about our photovoltaic Lab turn - key solution and shared some photos & videos. I also invite them to visit China and I will introduce delicious food and beautiful scenery to them. A wonerful journey!
