Background
In July 2024, Zealwe Technology undertook the project of installing photovoltaic test equipment in Datang Laboratory. As the core construction content of the laboratory, the project covers the whole process of 20 items of equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, metrology and training services, with the aim of providing high-precision testing support for scientific research in the field of new energy.
The project started on July 16 and all orders were delivered on December 4, a time span of 4.5 months, according to the contract. Actual construction period 1 month

Four major challenges and professional responses
Challenge 1: equipment into the field shifting difficulties

Solution:

Challenge 3: Delay in the peripheral progress of water, electricity and gas
Problem: The lagging of supporting works led to the obstruction of the commissioning program.
Solution:
1, set up a special coordination team, and water, electricity and gas suppliers actively detailed docking, pipeline installation process and flow rate ratio calculation, to provide process diagrams and pipeline installation requirements and equipment the rest of the peripheral needs; daily docking site engineering to ensure that the project can be efficiently advanced according to the plan.
2、Prioritize the completion of independent commissioning of key equipment to reduce the impact of overall delays.
Challenge 4: Insufficient testing time
Problem: Some equipment performance tests have not reached the expected duration.
Solution:
1. Extend the debugging cycle, and after communicating with the customer, increase the night test function verification;
2. Introduce a remote monitoring system to analyze the equipment operation data in real time to ensure the integrity of the test.
