About Steady Sun Simulator

Preprocessed MQT09 (hot spot test) and MQT19 (stability test) that meet the IEC61215 standard are suitable for light decay and aging testing of PERC, TOPCON, HJT, perovskite cells and modules.

Including high-power testing, temperature coefficient measurement, performance testing under low irradiance, hot spot durability test, photoaging test, etc

Product Advantages

High testing accuracy:

Spectral mismatch, irradiation non-uniformity, and irradiation instability must meet at least BBA level standards; Accurately simulate the spectral distribution of sunlight to ensure that the test results accurately reflect the performance of the tested object under real sunlight.

The irradiance range reaches 900-1300W/m2; Reducing testing errors caused by uneven lighting and ensuring the reliability of test data is particularly important for testing objects such as large-area photovoltaic modules.

Local temperature control can be applied to the components, with a temperature control range of 30-90 ℃. The surface temperature uniformity of the components is ± 3 ℃, and the temperature resolution is 0.1 ℃;

User friendly interface and intelligent operation; Temperature, operating time, and cumulative radiation intensity parameters can be set; Upon reaching the running time/cumulative radiation level, the equipment will automatically stop;

Quick testing: It can quickly start and reach a stable working state, shorten the testing cycle, improve testing efficiency, and save time and costs.

High quality light source: Using high-quality light sources, such as long-life metal halide lamps, reduces the cost and maintenance workload of frequent replacement of light sources.

Complete protection device: equipped with various protection functions such as temperature circuit breaker, over temperature protection, etc., it can automatically cut off power in case of abnormal equipment temperature, prevent accidents, and ensure the safety of equipment and operators
