Yesterday, Zealwe held a simple and heartfelt retirement ceremony in the assembly workshop for Mr. Gao Suixiao, who has dedicated ten years of steady work to the company. Surrounded by colleagues, he received a retirement sash, a bouquet, and a commemorative crystal gift as he prepared to begin a new chapter in life.

Mr. Gao worked as an assembly technician. Although the role may appear ordinary, it is closely connected to the final quality of every piece of equipment before delivery. From fastening torque to cable arrangement, every detail matters. These details affect not only whether equipment can operate reliably over the long term, but also whether Zealwe can consistently deliver on its commitment to quality.

Over the past ten years, Mr. Gao worked on countless units of equipment. Yet the way his colleagues described him was strikingly consistent: "If it is in his hands, we can trust it." That trust came not from grand words, but from years of careful, disciplined work. Quiet by nature, he brought his focus to every operation and every process without compromise. 

During the ceremony, the department director shared memories of Mr. Gao’s daily work and long-term dedication. When invited to speak, Mr. Gao simply thanked everyone. His voice paused, and emotion showed in that brief moment more clearly than any long speech could.
