The warm light illuminates everyone's heart - Zealwe Technology 2025 New Year's Party

The New Year Gala, "The Light of Zealwe, Shining on Future," on December 31, 2024, was a joyful feast exclusively for our Zealwe Technology, like a ray of light shining into the heart. 

Thinking back on it now, my heart is still filled with warmth. It was my first time attending the company's annual meeting. I heard that there were not many programs in previous years because there were more engineering men in the company, and everyone was a bit shy. I thought it would be a bit dull and boring, but... 

When I walked into the gala, there was laughter everywhere, and the warmth radiated from the inside out. 

A few warm-up games made people forget the restraint of the office, and the "shake" game almost made people drop their phones; the "point money" game made people's phone screens almost burst, and they were so nervous that they couldn't breathe. 

Finally, after the rankings were announced, there were both joys and sorrows among the companies... In the midst of the laughter and joy, I quickly became familiar with my colleagues who sat around me but had not interacted much before

A lively piece of music came from the stage, pulling everyone back from the aftertaste of the game. 

Nine colleagues, including Yu Jing, Shu Rui, Yuan Yuan, and Wen Sheng, brought the opening dance "Set off to Happiness," which instantly lit up the whole place. 

In just one minute, it was completely hot! Downstage, everyone was full of enthusiasm. Those who were embarrassed to follow along raised their hands and clapped, while others quickly pulled out their phones to take photos and videos. This made me even more excited for tonight. ......

The video of the 12-year journey of Zealwe Technology growth takes us back to the ups and downs of our history. I saw the earliest overtime in a simple office. Listening to colleagues from different positions describe their impressions when they first came to Zealwe, the changes of the company over the years... 

And before the interview ended, Dr. Liu Zhigang, the founder, summed up the past 12 years, especially: "To make our own contribution to energy transformation and the promotion of renewable energy." 

At that moment, I understood that the present of Zealwe technology is made by countless Zealwe people with sweat and time. The strength of individuals and collectives, no matter big or small, can make every effort for the progress and development of our country and society.

After the video, Chairman Liu delivered a speech, reviewing 2024 and looking forward to 2025. He encouraged us to continue striving in the new year. Those sincere words gave us confidence in the future.

In the next award ceremony, the main characters are our Zealwe technology quarterly outstanding model, as well as Chunshen Pyramid innovative talents, they are all good role models for me to learn from. 

Looking at their proud appearance when receiving awards, I secretly made up my mind that in 2025, I will be more confident, serious, diligent, and innovative, and always make myself better!

In the following performance, the recitation of "We are all Zealwe people" by our colleagues He Yuling, Zhang Xuefei, Zhou Honglin, and Dai Lihong, with their original words and sincere emotions, created a strong resonance among us in the audience

The lottery part is always full of surprises, making people both nervous and excited every time before the answer is revealed. In fact, whether you can win or not is not the key, the key is the excitement.

PS. It was said that this young man who received a mountain bike, Luo Zhi, rode his bike home that night... (Gussing that the wind blowing in his face was sweet! I really envy him!)

Later, Dai Lihong brought the "Most Vibrant National Wind" for everyone, and the dance "Don't Ask Me What Disco Is" by Wang Yaxin and other colleagues brought the whole party to a climax. 

Xiao Lie's "Shanghai Beach" brought back the familiar melody, causing the whole audience to sing along. Later, the T-stage show of all employees in the Production Department, "Workshop Style," made us all laugh uncontrollably. 

Some colleagues walked the catwalk with confidence, while others were so nervous that they almost tripped. In fact, as long as you can bravely walk onto the stage, you are breaking through yourself and moving towards success, right?

After the best program selection, we put on red scarves and took a group photo together. We captured the joy and warmth of this moment and witnessed our unity

The dinner began, and everyone sat together to taste the food and continue chatting. Mobile red envelopes kept coming, and colleagues improvised performances. Especially, we had a external assistance: Xiao Zhu's bamboo flute performance of " Journey to Suzhou". The melodious flute sound made everyone immersed in this wonderful music world.

This party is our common beautiful memory. It makes me feel the warmth of the quality defense family, and also makes me full of expectations for the new year. 

Looking back at 2024, although its not easy, but the biggest certainty is from ourselves! The company provides a large enough stage, also gives me space for growth, what else do we need to wait for? Absolutely we will be better in 2025!
