12 years is enough for a small sapling to grow into a towering tree, and it can also make a start-up grow into the backbone of the industry!  

In 2012, Shanghai Zealwe Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Over the years, Zealwe Tech is like a sapling growing tenaciously in the wave of the photovoltaic industry, with the efforts of all employees and the care of customers, from small to large, from weak to strong, tenacious and endless......

Everyone, including you at this moment, is the creator and witness of the history of Zealwe!

Zongqi Su（Product Manager, Production Technology Department）

I joined Zealwe in 2014, almost 10 years ago. I remember when I first arrived, there were very few people in the company, only a handful. A few days later, a big project came in, and there were some tricky technical problems, so everyone rushed to the scene together and worked overtime overnight several times, ultimately solving the problem. At that time, my first impression of the company was that it was very pragmatic, unafraid of difficulties, and that there was a leader who would take everyone to do it together, and I was not fighting alone! In the past ten years since joining the company, I have received more and more projects, the division of labour has become more detailed, and I feel increasingly busy, but I always hold on to a belief: there are always more ways than difficulties, as long as we persist study, work hard, and think of various solutions, in the end, the problem can be solved! In the future, I hope that our company will continue to improve, and I believe that with more colleagues joining, our company will become stronger and stronger!

Yaxin Wang(Administrative Personnel Supervisor, Office of General Affairs)

I joined Zealwe Tech in June 2022, and it has been more than two and a half years. When I first arrived, I noticed that everyone was very busy, and pragmatic, and there were some technical enthusiasts. Usually very quiet, when encountering technical problems, discussions would be in full swing, even tit for tat, and the atmosphere was warm. Later, on September 23, the company relocated from Zhongchun Road, Minhang District, to the current Bixi Road, Minhang Development Zone. During that, there have been countless difficulties and challenges, numerous moments of anxiety, worry, and sadness, as well as confusion. From being cautious like walking on thin ice, to being responsible, and inspiring, I slowly felt that Zealwe is a big family, everyone is my brother and sister, growing up with me, and hoping that I will become stronger and stronger, and then I also want to contribute my light and warmth more and more, and hope to have the ability to run with more people...... In the past two years, the company has grown larger, the environment has improved, and there are more and more team members. In particular, many new post-95s and post-00s have become increasingly energetic, youthful, and full of enthusiasm for work. I also find value and enjoyment in my work; every day is different, and every day is worth looking forward to! In the future, I hope that the company will develop more vigorously, the business will flourish, and it will move towards the light and shine internationally!

Kai Zheng (Sales Engineer, Sales Department)I came in October last year, it has been more than 1 year, when I first came, I saw that everyone is very serious about their work, very busy, and very professional, and our performance this year is also very good. The company has done a lot in many details: there is a suggestion box, and the leader can see and solve the problem very quickly; There are birthday parties and holiday team building, and in this process, I quickly became familiar with my colleagues, like brothers, and got along well...... In addition, it is obvious that the maturity and stability of the company's equipment are much stronger than before, and the construction period will be advanced. I am very confident to Zealwe Tech, and I believe that the company will go further in our industry!

Wensheng Qian (Assistant Engineer of R&D)I joined Zealwe Tech in September 2023, over a year ago, and my first impression of the company is that it has a wide range of products and strong professional capabilities. In the past two years, I have felt that the company places great importance on the development of young talents, and Zhibin Li and I were honoured to receive the Chunshen Pyramid Innovative Talents award in Minhang District, Shanghai this year. Without the company's business development and expansion, there would not be so many opportunities for growth. The company's development has also raised higher expectations for my work skills. In the future, I will maintain a strong enthusiasm for learning and refine my abilities in the process of problem-solving. In the next 12 years, we hope that Zealwe Tech will grow larger and stronger, relying on China while expanding globally.

Zhibin Li(After sales supervisor, Production Department)I came to Zealwe Tech in May 2022, and it has been nearly 2 years and 8 months now, and the deepest impression when I first came here is that the leaders are very easy-going, there is no arrogance, and the colleagues are very enthusiastic and positive in their work. Here, every day is fulfilling, busy, and efficient. I feel very happy to be able to participate in this working atmosphere and enjoy it. Although busy, the greater the pressure, the greater the responsibility, and the more potential to develop. We believe that through our efforts, the company will be invincible in the fierce market competition in the future and have a better and more brilliant future.

Shakirzhan Ubaidullayev (International Sales Engineer from Kazakhstan, Sales Department)

I joined Zealwe Tech in April 2024, and when I came to the company, I felt that our company was really big, and our colleagues were very professional and competent, and especially, they were very good to me. Very patient and welcoming.

Zealwe Tech has been in place for 12 years now, and I especially hope that the company will have more and more customers in the future, make more and more money, and more people will start to turn to green energy and then use our services.

Fengqi Li (Sales Director, Sales Department)I joined Zealwe Tech in October 2020, and it has been more than 4 years now. I remember that everyone was crammed into a small office at that time, and the production workshop was also cramped. Under the leadership of Dr. Liu, everyone is diligent, and the company's sales have exceeded 70 million RMB this year, and the product line has changed from power supply to current environmental products, including light, UV, LID, and now the products cover the entire IEC61215, all the equipment IEC61730. We now have more than 50 employees, with a complete production workshop and a comfortable office environment. In the future, it is hoped that the company will become the first brand in the field of photovoltaic testing in China and even in the world.

From the Chairman, Dr. Liu Zhigang:Zealwe Technology has been established for 12 years, looking back on the past, there are ups and downs. Rationally speaking, we are always moving forward on the road of making mistakes, admitting mistakes, and correcting mistakes. Although there are mistakes, we have the courage to correct them and never forget our original intention. In the future, we will take Shanghai as a base to promote our products to the world. It is hoped that photovoltaic products can provide renewable energy for all mankind more effectively and efficiently. In this way, we can also make our due contribution to the energy transition and the promotion of renewable energy!
