Meet the Thermal cycling test(TC) requirements specified in the 4.11 clause of IEC 61215-2016 standard, MST51 clause of , IEC61730-2016 standard and 35 clause of UL1703 standard . Also meet the Humidity-freeze test(HF) requirements in the clause 4.12 of the IEC61215-2016 standard , MST52 clause of IEC61730-2016 and 36 clause of UL1703 standard .

Full-welding technology on the inner wall of the chamber to avoid water seepage and guarantee the long life .

Automatically control the pressure relief hole, and the chamber is not deformed;

Two-stage refrigeration system with high cooling intensity and high efficiency;

 Touch screen operation;

Including the cooling towe;

Including thermal insulation supports.

Heat is dissipated through a special heat dissipation channel to avoid overheating caused by long-term high-current heating and ensure long-term uninterrupted operation.

Use a stable constant current power supply to avoid overload and power failure due to the internal resistance of the module under high and low temperature alternation.

Equipped with over-temperature alarm to avoid overheating of modules  resulting from large current flow, which can bring safety hazards.

Separately temperature control of individual modules is used to ensure, that each module meets the experimental conditions. 

Control the output current according to the temperature.

Monitor the current, temperature, check the entire process current, temperature curve, and  convert to EXCEL table.
